1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies were received from Julie James and Dafydd Elis-Thomas. There were no substitutions.
2. Review of Qualifications for 14 to 19-year-olds: scrutiny session
2.1 The Chair welcomed the witnesses to the meeting. Members questioned the witnesses.
3. Review of Qualifications for 14 to 19-year-olds: scrutiny session
3.1 The Chair welcomed the Deputy Minister for Skills and his officials to the meeting. Members questioned the witnesses.
Action Points
The Deputy Minister agreed to ask the Minister for Education and Skills to provide the Committee with a detailed note on the development work carried out on Qualifications Wales and whether a model consisting of two separate bodies was considered.
